Startup India Seed Fund Scheme

Fueling Innovation from Lab to Market

SSN iFound is an accredited incubator under the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), an initiative by DPIIT, Government of India to support early-stage startups with financial assistance.

SISFS is designed to provide equity-free grants and debt-based funding to startups at two critical stages:

  • Prototype Development Grants: For idea-stage startups to build and validate prototypes, or Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  • Debt/Convertible Debentures: For early-stage startups ready to commercialize their product and accelerate market entry.

  • Government-backed capital support to strengthen India’s innovation pipeline.
  • Three-tier evaluation process involving internal screening, expert committee review, and final selection by the Internal Seed Management Committee (ISMC).
  • Structured mentoring throughout the funding journey from SSN iFound and industry experts.
