Chandran has over 35 years’ experience in IT/ITES, Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Other Industrial Sectors and the Startup Ecosystem. He has headed profit centers overseeing operations across India, the Americas, the UK, Europe, and ANZ. He has also led many cross-border and domestic M&A transactions. Besides, he has managed Corporate Strategy, New Business Development, Marketing, Sourcing, IT, and HR functions. Organizations that he has worked for include The Chennai Angels (as CEO), HCL Technologies, CK Birla Group, Rane Group, Ashok Leyland Finance, Reliance Life Insurance and Elgi Equipments. Chandran is a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
